What a lovely place. So quiet and immaculate….then you walk out into the most fun neighborhood in town. The service is impeccable and very friendly. We used Benny and the private car to get around the neighborhood. We had been Four Seasons people but this is our new go-to place. Food is great, also. We will be back soon.

The Four Seasons is probably my favorite hotel in the city. Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, but the guest rooms are a good size and the service is top notch.
A girlfriend of mine was visiting from out of town, and I went for a visit. I absolutely love the hospitality world, and The Four Seasons did not disappoint. The decor is traditional and charming, and almost feels like you are in a guestroom of a beautiful home. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. Best of all, they have L’Occitane bath amenities – perfect for pampering!
If you are traveling to Chicago and need a luxurious place to rest your head, this is it!

Excellent service from the Valet Parking to the bell boys. They received us with a welcome fruit basket and a welcome card with our printed name. The gym is one of the best in the Chicago Hotels. I had a facial in their Spa that had a discounted price for their 10Th anniversary. It was totally worth it. The rooms are very comfortable, excellent view and spacious.
